Law360 (August 4, 2021, 7:53 PM EDT) — Simplifya, a provider of regulatory compliance software for the cannabis industry, said Wednesday it has appointed an ex-Burns & Levinson LLP partner as its general counsel and chief bank officer.
Katrina Skinner, previously a partner in Burns & Levinson’s cannabis business and law advisory group, told Law360 she is focused on streamlining Simplifya’s rollout of a new suite of products, including auditing software and a new payments platform called TENDR.
